The building is located in Fox hills, Lusail, in State of Qatar, facing Darb Lusail Boulevard. Surrounded by top commercial facilities and iconic urban spiritual landmarks like Lusail Stadium (The World Cup Main Stadium), luxury hotels, shopping malls and art center, as well as several upscale luxurious residential developments, it enjoys a unique location and favorable urban resources. After completion, it will set a new benchmark for luxurious residences in Lusail. DAL Architects & Designers was invited to conceive a hotel-style entrance lobby and a show flat for this residential development, to showcase its aesthetics whilst highlighting its presence in Lusail.
Dal Design’s approach is to take a people-centered approach to deliver tailored design solutions that cater to the present and future needs of a locale and its residents. By focusing on human connection, which links people to each other and to place, and by leveraging our human-centric, experientially focused design methodology.
Our team of talented architects and designers implement considerate design choices to bring this concept to reality. Main lobby, rooftop swimming pool and garden, generous balconies, differentiation in the ground floor levels, easy connection to the retail areas, lounges, open staircase and light-filled common areas with sustainable fixtures, for example, allow the building dwellers to enjoy lifestyle-enhancing amenities of Lusail, while thoughtful planning ensures easy access to bike paths, transit, and retail, creating a sense of place. As a result, residents, neighbors, and passersby alike are drawn together – creating places that truly ‘live’.
The interior materials, the fabrics, wall treatments, color combinations, floor tiles and furniture style were selected carefully to work with the luxury Lusail lifestyle; minimalist and modern style with light colors and using the daylight as much as possible.
