The View Hospital is a unique state-of-the-art healthcare facility, located in Al Qutaifiya area - The Pearl, which promotes a comfortable environment supplied with high-tech equipment and exceptional facilities for its doctors and staff alike. It fosters a sense of belonging and provides utmost care for its patients through its perfectly equipped rooms and spaces as well as excellent healthcare services. The iconic 15-storey hospital offers a comprehensive range of medical services and facilities, including 12 intensive care units, eight critical care units, 11 neo-natal intensive care units, and six labour, delivery and recovery rooms. It also consists of more than 240 beds, 62 VIP suites, and 3 Royal suites.

DAL team of experienced architects utilized their full knowledge to deliver and accomplish all key tasks in a timely manner. They audited and conducted a systematic review of all contained facilities and resolved technical issues to update drawings accordingly. By thoroughly inspecting the site conditions and elements, they ensured functional interrelated spaces to assist circulation and the different medical tasks. They surveyed all FFE in relation to the various architectural and interior components to maintain a unified aesthetic and a consistent layout.

DAL was also tasked with the preparation of the majority of the architectural As-built Drawing package of the 100,000 sqm facility in a record time of 4 months. As further construction was being carried out on the 8th floor during this period, DAL also prepared the design Shop Drawings for the Ophtalmology section of the Hospital.
